Application of tube heat exchanger in lubrication station of rolling mill
In fact, the rolling mills used by many manufacturers are two horizontal rolling mills. The lubrication points of the thin oil lubrication station are gears and bearing shells in the gear box of the main engine. Due to the large wear force on the tooth surface, the heat is generated, and the temperature of the lubricating oil rises to 60 ℃.
After that, the bearing bush alloy will be easily burnt out and the journal will be worn. In order to protect the equipment, almost every production shift has to stop for nearly 2 hours to cool down, which affects the production and increases various consumption. Therefore, we decided to improve the lubrication system. The cooler of the original thin oil lubrication station is a tube heat exchanger, so the heat dissipation is not good.
Generally, only one of the two oil tanks works, and the other is standby. The tubular heat exchanger is installed on the oil outlet Road, with large flow but poor cooling effect. After improvement, the oil temperature of the main oil tank is always kept at 48-50 degrees. On the one hand, the shutdown caused by high oil temperature is eliminated to a certain extent, and more than 70 tons of steel are produced per shift.
