Installation steps and cooling effect of radiator

When determining the layout of the radiator, the convection of the indoor hot and cold air should be considered, and the radiator should be close to the entrance of the cold air as far as possible to improve the uniformity of the room temperature distribution. If a room needs more radiators, it is better to install them in groups. If too many column radiators are combined together, their heat dissipation effect will be affected. If the number of assembled chips is compared with this standard group, when each group is less than 6 chips, the heat dissipation of each chip will increase by 5%, while when each group is 11-20 chips, the heat dissipation of each chip will decrease by 5%.
The tandem radiator is easy to be installed separately, and when it is overlapped up and down, the heat dissipation is also reduced. The inlet and outlet pipes should not be set on the same side of the radiator. When installing, the inlet pipe should be slightly raised to facilitate the exhaust.
Installation procedure of radiator
1. Slot the floor or wall. In order to bury the exposed pipeline, the construction team must make a groove on the wall and ground. The depth or width of the groove needs special installation personnel to collect the actual treatment.
2. Lay pipeline and protect card slot. According to the location of the radiator in the early stage, the branch pipe can be slotted and laid. According to the customer's demand, the steel groove can be laid in the branch pipe to protect the pipeline, and the system can be closed and water injected to pressurize.
3. Install the water distributor. The diversity water collector is a water flow distribution and collection device which is composed of a water distributor and a water collector. The water separator should be installed horizontally and cleaned after installation.
4. Pressure test the radiator system. This is a very important step in the radiator installation steps. The specific operation is as follows: close the main pipe connection valve, open the radiator inlet valve, and use the pressure test equipment to test. The test pressure should be 1.5 times of the normal use pressure, and not less than the test pressure of the whole community pipe network. It is qualified if there is no leakage for 3-5 minutes.
5. According to the decoration schedule. Radiator construction and hydropower construction are carried out simultaneously, so as not to affect the construction progress.
6. Install the radiator. Place the radiator stably, connect the valve connector with the inlet and outlet valves, use a level ruler to measure whether the radiator is straight and whether the pipeline installation meets the requirements, and then use a pipe clamp to tighten the connector.
7. The customer checks and accepts the whole radiator system. Usually, when replacing the construction, the workers will reserve the valve on the pipeline. After the installation, the stamping test should be carried out to prove that there is no running, dripping, leaking place before the acceptance can be completed.
8. The radiator system is installed. The whole radiator installation steps are completed, users can smoothly enter the use stage.
